Galileo Processsing is seeking to fill a Quality Assurance professional to join its QA team. As a successful candidate, you understand manual testing and have the background to build on our existing automation efforts. You will be a vital member of a development / QA team dedicated to extending Galileo's leadership in this evolving industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Creating and executing test plans for web based products, web services, and Linux-based applications

-Expanding upon our automated / manual test infrastructure

-Maintaining and administering Linux test environments

Qualifications:

-Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

-Strong QA skills: test planning, bug isolation, troubleshooting, and reporting

-Strong SQL skills

-Background in database concepts and experience with Informix and Oracle preferred

-Exceptional attention to detail and organization

-Positive attitude and superior work ethic

-Team orientation
