This position will develop, enhance, and maintain existing web applications. Galileo Processing, the leader in prepaid credit card processing, seeks a PHP Web Programmer.
Web applications include customer service tools, card holder sites, enrollment sites, reporting tools, and web services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-The candidate will code, test, and debug websites and web-based applications using PHP, Oracle, and Informix. The position will also develop, enhance, and maintain existing web applications.

Qualifications:

-Programming experience to code and unit test Object Oriented PHP.

-Strong SQL skills.

-Extensive experience with one or more of the major database platforms.

-Experience in consuming and programming web services.

-Excellent analyical, technical aptitude, and problem solving skills.

-Exceptional attitude and superior work ethic.

-Strong communication (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
