Job Description: 

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Customer Support Specialist will provide direct services support to customers including solution center support and customer training. As a member of the Customer Services Solutions team, the Customer Support Specialist will also participate in the development and delivery of new service offerings.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide user administration services for customers
• Provide application support including troubleshooting and resolving problems
• Identify and report application bugs
• Deliver end user training sessions including training customers on the use of the website
• Provide optimum customer support service by referring enhancement requests and/or technical service requests to the appropriate MXM team members
• Act as a change agent both internally and for MXM customers to promote and influence continuous improvement in the delivery and adoption of MXM solutions

Technical skills:
• Minimum of 2-5 years related industry experience and working knowledge; ideally previous experience as an Application Support Specialist, with direct customer interface, in the sales and marketing industry

• Self starter with a proven ability to learn quickly
• Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task

This is a full time position with a shift from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
