* Have 6 months call center experience or something comparable
* Love Computers
* Have experience in repairing hardware and software issues

* Have A+ certification or other industry certifications or ARE WILLING TO OBTAIN A+ certification (we do train and test and we PAY YOU!)

* Takes responsibility for all problem resolutions

* 6 months call center experience or something comparable
* A+ certification

* Experience in taking ownership and solving problems
