DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Designs, writes, and debugs code for new applications
*Maintains and debugs existing code
*Helps mentor and develop other programmers
*Actively participates in design and code reviews *Works successfully in a team, and individual environment in order to accomplish goals *Successfully maintains strict accountability for timelines and development schedules
*Must be able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to programming
*Code documentation activities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
*1-5 years programming experience
*Object oriented analysis and design
*.NET professional experience preferred
*Proven experience as an application developer supporting a wide range of applications *Outstanding documentation skills
*Proficiency in database design, and SQL Server *Excellent problem solving skills
*Understanding of n-tier design concepts
*Willing to follow predefined standards and guidelines
*Accounting knowledge/understanding a plus, but not a requirement
