rdlabs2 is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Software Engineer. The desired candidate will have at least a B.S. in Computer Science, a strong grounding in object-oriented software development, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, a desire to learn and the ability to bring projects to closure. The position is a full time position at our office in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to the design, development and deployment of state-of-the-art Java web applications.

Requirements:

* B.S. in Computer Science
* Fluent in the Java and/or C# programming languages and standard libraries
* Familiarity with XML technologies and basic web standards (html, xhtml, http, etc)
* Ability to work effectively in small team environments as well as independently.
* Good work habits and a passion for software development

Desired:
* Knowledge of and development experience with Java platform (Java language, Eclipse, Tomcat)
--OR--
* Knowledge of and development experience with Microsoft .NET platform (C#, Visual Studio, IIS)

* Object-oriented scripting language (e.g. Python, Ruby)
