We are in need of someone to write a spider type application to keep us updated on changes to one specific website. This website tracks the progress of our prospective employees through a screening process and would like an easy way to track the progress since we hire several people per month. We simply need to be able to insert several peoples names and have the program tell us the following information:

1. What stage they are in the in the process (In approval, Approved, rejected, etc)
2. Somehow be notified if and when a change is made regarding only those names.
3. If there name shows up under a different listing
