This position offers the opportunity to work with the User Productivity Engineering team in the following areas: research new technologies, engineer and test solutions, document best practices and standards, compile windows installer packages, and provide 3rd level support for desktop, messaging and collaboration solutions.  This is a wonderful opportunity to get exposure to a global company in a complex working environment.

Job Description\Duties 
  • Technology Research
    • Research new and existing technologies
    • Work with Engineers to help influence decisions 
  • Deploy / Implement solutions
    • Assist with worldwide application rollouts
    • Use MSI packaging tools to create/modify MSI packages
    • Work with security tools to implement user policies
    • Help deploy security patches and updates
    • Assist with Citrix Metaframe environment maintenance
    • Help test and develop computer imaging process 
  • Testlab Process and Change Management Process Assistance
    • Testlab Process assistance
    • Change Management
    • Forms submission 
  • Documentation
    • Archiving
    • Review
    • Basic Creation
    • Cataloging
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints currently worthy to hold a temple recommend
  • Must be currently enrolled at a college/university or have graduated from a college/university within the last year 
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours a week for at least 7 months
