About Michael Jones
Michael Jones earned the PhD degree from the University of Utah in 2001. At BYU he teaches algorithm analysis (CS 312), graphics (CS 455), theory (CS 611) and computer generated natural phenomena (CS 658). His research interest is simplifying the use of nature in computer generated animation. He is director of the Computer Generated Natural Phenomena Lab in the BYU CS Department.
Dr. Jones is married to Angela Stratton who is also a BYU CS graduate.
