This interdisciplinary network of university and industrial laboratories is an incubator for the Control and Dynamical Systems Group's focused exploration into the mathematical and computational structure of scientific processes. The Control and Dynamical Systems Group is an interdisciplinary research group analyzing processes for making decisions from data. We explore fundamental relationships between information, uncertainty, and complexity characterizing data-based decisions. The IDeA Labs test this understanding in a wide variety of contexts, including Biological, Economic, Engineered, and Human Systems.
