Engineer - Software Test
Space Dynamics Laboratory is seeking a Software Test Engineer.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in designing, developing and executing software test plans and procedures.  Must have experience with bug reporting and tracking, software test processes, and automated software testing.  Will help develop and continually improve regression and acceptance tests, including automated tests.  Will assist in the development of test strategies in order to meet the release schedule for multiple reconnaissance imagery screening systems.  Will also assist in directing several student employees in the test and independent validation and verification process.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field and some experience in software testing or programming.  Must have experience with MS Windows, and UNIX or Linux.  Experience with one or more of the following is desired: C++, Java, javascript, Ruby, Python, C#, HTML5, CSS, ASP.NET/MVC, node.js, IIS, Apache, git, Trac, Confluence, JIRA, Vmware/Vbox, Wireshark, MATLAB, Protractor, Mocha, Selenium, Zephyr, LaTex, and/or MySQL.
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a security clearance. Good communications skills, both written and verbal are essential.
