As a Configuration Engineer (aka ITIL Configuration Manager) in OIT, you will help fulfill our mission by providing an accurate model of OIT’s production environment to help us provide legendary service and value.   • A solid understanding of and non-trivial experience with computer programming in any language.
  • Experience in and/or interest to learn and use ServiceNow and ITIL.
  • Experience in and/or interest to learn and use JavaScript, Python, NodeJS.
  • Demonstrable competency in technical and soft skills, respect for sacred resources, integrity, the desire to work as a team to fulfill our mission and vision, the ability and drive to exceed customer expectations, respect for all individuals, courteousness and candidness in all communications, a desire and ability to share ideas on how we can improve, and accountability.
