Description: The purpose of the BYU Linux Association is to help students of all experience levels learn, use, and contribute to Linux and open-source technologies. The association provides a hands-on environment where students can build practical command-line skills, explore Linux systems and tools, collaborate on meaningful projects, and connect with peers, faculty, and industry professionals. Through these experiences, students gain confidence using Linux across multi-disciplinary fields, while developing the abilities and motivation to continue learning beyond their participation in the association.
