Susie Romney Hanson graduated from BYU with a Bachelor's in Computer Science in 1996. She worked as a programmer and project manager for Erudite Software for two years. In 1997 she moved to Alexandria, Virginia with her family to support her husband attending medical school. Susie chose to stay home to raise her 7 children, putting a pause on her time as a programmer. Her hobbies include reading, skiing, hiking and spending time with her family. After a 28 year hiatus Susie is excited to be involved again with Computer Science and looks forward to reconnecting with friends from the department as well as building new connections.
