Abstract

Most AI/ML models are developed in a vacuum. Because of stakeholder hesitation within the iterative nature of trying to directly impact business outcomes, this vacuum continues incentivized through inertia. We will show how agentic AI, contextual interfaces, and data security struggle to succeed because of dual transformation realities with people, not technology. The price to pay is dedication, people skills, and endless patience and discernment.
